The Role: Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to join the Business Development team of one of our prestigious law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for the firm\’s legal teams. Your responsibilities will include leading tenders, drafting compelling content, managing stakeholder input, and ensuring compliance. You will also mentor a direct report and contribute to training initiatives.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in tender/bid management within professional services, ideally legal.
- Experience in public sector tendering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and work under pressure.
- Line management or mentoring experience is desirable.
