Our leading international law firm client is seeking an experienced Business Development & Communications Manager to support its New York office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded professional to play a key role in delivering strategic marketing, client development, and communications initiatives.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive business development and marketing activity, ensuring alignment with the firm's wider strategy. You will contribute to profile-raising efforts, support client engagement initiatives, and help strengthen the firm's market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing proposals and pitch processes, including drafting RFP responses and credentials materials
- Developing and maintaining marketing collateral and practice group materials
- Coordinating communications, campaigns, and thought leadership content across multiple channels
- Supporting awards submissions, directory rankings, and PR activity
- Planning and managing events, sponsorships, and conference participation
- Conducting market research and delivering competitive intelligence insights

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a business development or marketing role within a professional services environment
