Administrator – Financial Services | Boutique Practice | Full-Time Office Based

Are you a proactive and detail-driven Administrator with a knack for organisation and a passion for delivering top-tier client service? Do you come from a Legal background and now looking to explore outside of Legal? Do you thrive in busy environments and enjoy being the go-to support across the business?

We\’re working with a well-established boutique financial services practice looking to add a dedicated administrator to their dynamic team who has a background in Administration in a legal environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with excellent prospects for progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and improve administrative policies and processes

  • Organise meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Handle phone calls and general admin tasks

  • 2 + years of experience in Administration in a legal setting – law firm or practice.
