We are excited to be recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work with one of our excellent global law firm clients! This is an opportunity you\’ll want to grasp as it offers growth, exposure and plenty of scope for professional development.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 in their beautiful offices based in the city, paying a competitive salary! This is a fully office-based position.
You will be supporting across administration and HR functions in the firm so can expect the workload to be exciting and varied.
Duties will include:
- Responding to emails and actioning necessary requests
- Data entry and report building
- HR tasks – arranging assessments, managing systems, new hire forms etc.
- Organising gifts orders.
- Sending reminder emails and reports.
- Drafting letters
- Filing and general administration
What does the successful candidate look like?
- At least 2+ year\’s of continuous administration experience in a Law Firm or Professional Services environment
- Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
- Robust and process driven
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to build rapport with all people
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Friendly, personable and collaborative
