We are looking to recruit for an Administrative Coordinator on a fixed term contract basis. This is a 9 month contract covering maternity leave (potential for extension).
The role is working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30, paying a competitive salary. The firm offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office; however, you can expect to work more in the office for the first few months, so you must be flexible.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Providing administrative support to different departments.
- Maintaining files and databases.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinating events.
- Processing invoices.
- Liaising between internal and external parties.
- Handling any extra administrative projects as and when assigned.
The ideal person will have at least 1 year of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment. You must be proficient and exhibit a positive, can-do attitude! Personality is super important for this firm.
You will also need excellent organisational and IT skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
