Ryder Reid is delighted to be recruiting for an Admin and HR Assistant on behalf of one of our esteemed global law firm clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both administrative and HR functions, with plenty of scope for development and progression.

- Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, fully office-based

What you\’ll be handling day-to-day:
- Responding to emails and actioning requests
- Data entry and report creation
- Tracking absences, processing leavers, preparing for new starters, updating status change forms
- Organising gift orders and sending reminders
- Drafting letters and professional correspondence
- Track deadlines and process right to work
- Filing and general administrative duties
Who we\’re looking for:
- 2-5 years of continuous administration experience in a law firm with demonstrable exposure to HR tasks. Candidates from professional services may be considered also.
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Process-driven with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with a personable approach
- Able to build rapport across teams and departments
- Organised, efficient, and capable of multitasking
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and internal systems
