We’re working with a prestigious international law firm to find a Transactional Services Manager to join their growing London-based Private Investment Funds (PIF) practice. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead a newly formed Transactional Services Team , supporting high-profile fund clients and driving innovation in legal service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing team of paralegals and staff attorneys. Develop workflows, playbooks, and precedents for fund transactions (e.g. LP transfers, MFNs, bibling). Collaborate with innovation teams to evaluate and implement legal tech solutions. Oversee staffing, training, and quality control for transactional support. Set pricing models and manage budgets for the team’s services. Deliver training to partners and associates on new processes and tools. Report on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Qualified corporate lawyer, ideally with proven experience in Private Investment Funds. Background in a top-tier law firm or equivalent in-house role (Europe). Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
