Job Description
Trainee Legal Personal Assistant – Full-Time
Office-Based Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm
Salary: Up to £35,000 with bonus/benefits!
Are you a bright, ambitious individual with a passion for law and a knack for organisation? Our client is looking for a Trainee Legal Personal Assistant to join their dynamic legal team and support our partners in delivering exceptional client service.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal or administrative support role
Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Professional, discreet, and confident in liaising with clients and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners and partners
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Maintain and organise case files and client records
Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties professionally and efficiently
