Trainee Legal Personal Assistant – Full-Time

Office-Based Location: London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm

Salary: Up to £35,000 with bonus/benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to fee earners and partners

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports

Maintain and organise case files and client records

Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties professionally and efficiently
