About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded boutique litigation law firm for a brand-new Trainee Legal PA position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already gained experience in a law firm environment and is now ready to step into a role with dedicated responsibility for supporting a set allocation of partners and fee earners.

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct administrative and legal support to allocated partners and fee earners.
  • Managing case files, preparing bundles, and assisting with litigation processes.
  • Drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong academic degree preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and professional approach to supporting senior fee earners.
