Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a skilled and proactive Legal Secretary to join their Tax team on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA and legal secretarial support across the Tax team
- Draft, amend, and proofread legal documents with accuracy
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle file management, including opening and closing matters
- Enter fee earner time and assist with billing processes
- Support client onboarding and maintain professional liaison
- Deliver general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks
