Job Description Ryder Reid Legal has an exciting opportunity to join our international law firm client’s London office. They are looking for a Team Assistant/Receptionist to join them on a temp-to-permanent basis, starting on the 6th of January. As well as working as a Team Assistant, candidates will be required to cover a minimum of 2 hours per day on the reception desk to provide additional cover (including over lunch breaks). This role will be based in the office 5 days a week. Duties for this role include: Supporting a small team of junior associates Monitoring inboxes Diary management Processing expenses Managing their CRM system Details and Benefits: Due to start ASAP Competitive salary of £30 – 33k per annum Based in beautiful London City offices 5 days a week Holiday pay (accrued by the hour) And more!
