Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its Structured Finance CLO team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support attorneys with key responsibilities including:

  • Preparing legal documents
  • Conducting legal research and creating reports
  • Coordinating closing and signing processes for transactions

To be considered, candidates will have a minimum of a year’s finance experience. CLO experience is preferable.
