Structured Finance CLO Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a leading US law firm, to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its Structured Finance CLO team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will assist partners, counsel and associates with European Collateralised Loan Obligations (“CLO”) transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing legal documents
• Conducting legal research and creating reports
• Assisting with transaction closings

To be considered, candidates will have a minimum of a years’ finance experience. CLO experience is preferable.
