The role
In your new role as a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting the recruitment process for associates across London and other international offices. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Supporting lateral associate recruiting for multiple practice groups.
- Managing relationships with search firms across multiple practice areas.
- Assisting with screening resumes, scheduling and administering interviews.
- Maintaining various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking relevant data.
- Tracking and collecting interview feedback.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience within a lateral recruitment role at a law firm.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- An ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with recruiting systems and managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
