Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its high-performing M&A team on a 12-month FTC. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on, trainee-level experience within a market-leading team, working on high-profile, cutting-edge transactions.
The ideal candidate will have previous M&A/Corporate experience. Candidates with a TC confirmed with 12 months plus availability will also be considered.
