Our client, a top law firm is seeking a Data Privacy Paralegal to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background and an interest in technology and data protection to develop a specialist career in data privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data mapping exercises and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities
  • Assist with GDPR and UK GDPR compliance activities
  • Conduct privacy reviews for internal projects, procurement, and vendor onboarding
  • Prepare data transfer agreements and related documentation
  • Support Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and incident management processes
  • Maintain privacy governance records and audit-ready documentation
  • Assist with regulatory audits, enquiries, training programmes, and policy updates
