We're recruiting for an experienced Creative Design Manager to join a prestigious international law firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented design professional to combine hands-on creative work with team leadership, delivering high-impact visual communications that support marketing, business development and client engagement initiatives.

The Role

As a working manager, you'll lead a small team of designers while actively creating sophisticated, brand-led design solutions across both print and digital channels.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage creative projects from concept to delivery, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of designers.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social media assets, event materials and presentations.
  • Develop compelling visual concepts that bring business and communication objectives to life.
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across all creative output.
  • Manage external creative suppliers, photographers, illustrators and production partners.

  • Experience with Figma and digital design best practices.
