This role offers excellent exposure across administrative, secretarial and client-facing functions, making it the perfect foundation for a long-term career in the legal sector. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting lawyers and firm staff, ensuring the smooth running of busy teams. Your ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work will be essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with overflow PA work - managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel, preparing documents
- Supporting reception and client services, including event coordination
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Assisting with billing, expenses, and time entry
- Assisting senior staff with general administration
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months of administration experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and develop within a legal environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
