In this role, you’ll become the go‑to contact for several practice areas — owning strategic marketing direction while staying hands‑on with campaigns, events, and pitches. If you love mixing big‑picture thinking with flawless execution, this is the perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and delivering strategic Marketing & BD plans for core sectors
  • Collaborating closely with Partners and fee‑earners to shape strategy
  • Running BD meetings and reporting on progress, insights, and opportunities
  • Managing events, campaigns, pitches, and on‑brand marketing assets
  • Supporting awards, directory submissions, credentials, and thought leadership
  • Conducting client, competitor, and market research
  • Identifying cross‑selling opportunities and supporting client development
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing BD & Marketing team
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ Marketing & BD experience in professional services (legal experience ideal)
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership interaction
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management capability
  • Proactive, flexible, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
