As a trusted advisor to HR and leadership, you will ensure the fair and efficient allocation of work to associates, trainees, and paralegals; balancing client demands with individual development goals and overall firm productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centrally manage and oversee workload allocation across legal teams
