A prestigious international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Manager to join its London office β€” the largest presence in its global network. Known for delivering high-value legal work across private equity, finance, sport, and media, the firm offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

This role is perfect for a strategic, relationship-driven recruitment professional with experience in associate and paralegal hiring. You will partner with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and oversee onboarding and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for associates and paralegals, including interview coordination and offer approvals
  • Collaborate with partners and business services to forecast needs and develop talent strategies
  • Manage agency relationships and act as the main point of contact for candidates
  • Supervise and support junior recruitment team members
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to insight-driven reporting
  • Support graduate hiring and contribute to firm initiatives including Pro Bono, CSR, and DEI
  • Act as an advisor on legal hiring best practices and market trends
About You:
  • 6+ years’ experience in legal or professional services recruitment, ideally in a global or US law firm
  • Strong knowledge of the UK legal market and lateral hiring practices
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented
