Location: City of London

Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum

The firm: Our client is a leading international law firm recognized for handling complex, high-profile cases and transactions across corporate finance, restructuring, litigation, and project finance. The firm operates globally through multiple offices and serves clients in diverse sectors including energy, infrastructure, technology, and financial services.

The role: In your new role as Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for managing London Business Services and Lateral Associate recruitment for the London office. This is an exciting opportunity working in a team of 5 reporting directly into the Senior Recruitment Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Business Services Heads and Partners to meet Business Services and Associate recruitment needs.
  • Establishing and managing strong relationships with key recruitment agencies.
  • Managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Working with the Recruitment Assistant to ensure timely coordination of all interviews.
  • Drafting offer letters and contracts of employment for all Business Services or Associate roles.
  • Supporting on Graduate Recruitment where necessary.

What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience working in recruitment within a global law firm.
  • Strong organisational skills, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A team player that can work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
