Are you an experienced Receptionist with at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services? Have you got the passion and desire to deliver 5* customer service and are excellent when customer facing? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to work with one of our brilliant US law firms based in the heart of London near St Pauls! This is an excellent opportunity to not only join a notable firm but also work at their brand new offices! With this in mind, we are looking for someone fueled with the desire to represent the firm's name, providing nothing less than 5-star hospitality!
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 10:00 - 18:30
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years of Front of House/Receptionist experience. Previous experience in a law firm is highly desired however will consider professional services background.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, including senior staff from the US
- Answer telephone calls promptly and monitor the reception inbox
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and foyer area
- Liaise with the building management
- Assist with arranging visits including booking taxis and office spaces
- Stock and inventory checks
- Support with event administration where required
- Other duties as and when required
Skills required:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT proficient and ability to use internal systems and Microsoft Office
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to provide operational excellence at all times
