Are you an experienced Receptionist with at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services? We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to work with one of our brilliant US law firms based in the heart of London near St Pauls! This is an excellent opportunity to not only join a notable firm but also work at their brand new offices!
To be considered for this role you must have at least 3 years of Front of House/Receptionist experience. Previous experience in a law firm is highly desired; however, we will consider a professional services background.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, including senior staff from the US
- Answer telephone calls promptly and monitor the reception inbox
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and foyer area
- Liaise with the building management
- Assist with arranging visits including booking taxis and office spaces
- Support with event administration where required
- IT proficient and ability to use internal systems and Microsoft Office
