Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting a Paralegal to join the Real Estate Finance team of a US law firm on an initial fixed term contract basis. This is a brand new role for the team, where the successful candidate will be providing sole support to a number of Partners & Associates.

Some of the duties will involve:

  • Running conditions precedent processes, including managing signings and corporate processes for REF deals across Europe;
  • Managing reliance processes for due diligence reporting;
  • Managing appointing counsels to assist the REF team, both in the UK and continental Europe;
  • Collecting signed transaction documents and organising bibling;
  • Setting up amendment processes;
  • Generally assisting with all processes involved with the teams’ transactions.

To be considered, candidates will ideally have some prior REF experience along with a hard-working, can-do attitude, and willingness to work overtime where necessary.
