Strategic Pricing Analyst

Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our international law firm client\’s growing team, dedicated to developing innovative pricing solutions and supporting key financial initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the firm, combining financial analysis with project management best practices to deliver clear, data‑driven insights and persuasive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lawyers and business teams to design budgets, rate proposals, and alternative fee arrangements
• Draft and refine pricing proposal language that is professional, concise, and client-focused
• Provide financial modelling and data analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision‑making
• Build strong relationships across departments, including Business Development, Client Agreements, and Billing
• Act as a liaison with senior committees to support profitable pricing strategies
• Deliver responsive, high‑quality service to lawyers and clients on pricing requests
• Share expertise with colleagues and contribute to team knowledge development
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through training and collaboration with senior team members

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related discipline preferred
• Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with financial modelling and ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
