The role
In your new role as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be managing and administering payroll and employee benefits for their London office. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with UK regulations, and effective communication and administration of employee benefits. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with ADP and US Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for the London office.
- Coordinate with HR and Benefits teams to ensure all payroll-related data is captured and processed.
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Strategically manage all UK benefits administration processes.
- Liaise with brokers and vendors to communicate enrolment changes and verify data accuracy.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in UK payroll and benefits administration in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment and benefits regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g. ADP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work at a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
