Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a specialist litigation firm to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor for a newly created role. This position combines hands-on casework with leading and developing a growing paralegal team. You’ll support complex, document-heavy disputes while driving the smooth running of the paralegal function.
The role will involve:
- Bundle preparation
- Disclosure support
- Legal research
- CEFile management
- Client and counsel liaison
- Court runs
- Supervising recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and workflow allocation
