We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal Services Administrator to join an excellent US law firm in the heart of the City – this is a growth position, a brilliant chance to come in and make an impression!
If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy Legal Administration, this could be the right fit for you. As a Paralegal Services Administrator, you will supporting the Paralegal Manager with all day-to-day administration to help the department run efficiently and smoothly. Job Title: Paralegal Services Administrator
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Paralegal Manager, paralegals, and legal professionals.
- Manage correspondence, maintain case files, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external agencies professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative role – at least 2 years is required.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
