What You’ll Do

  • CRM (InterAction)
    • Maintain accurate client and contact data, including daily updates and data hygiene routines.
    • Support employee onboarding/offboarding within the CRM.
    • Build advanced searches and manage list imports/exports.
    • Develop business development reports and extract insights from CRM data.
    • Provide training to lawyers, assistants, and marketing teams.
    • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
  • Email Marketing (Vuture)
    • Act as the point person for the Vuture platform, managing users and system settings.
    • Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and firmwide communications.
    • Track KPIs and analyse engagement using Vuture reporting tools.
    • Integrate campaign and form data with InterAction for accurate event and contact tracking.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (InterAction/Vuture preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for data accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
