Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a specialist litigation firm to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor for a newly created role. This position combines hands-on casework with leading and developing a growing paralegal team. You’ll support complex, document-heavy disputes while driving the smooth running of the paralegal function.

The role will involve:
