What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering strategic Marketing & BD plans for core sectors
- Collaborating closely with Partners and fee‑earners to shape strategy
- Running BD meetings and reporting on progress, insights, and opportunities
- Managing events, campaigns, pitches, and on‑brand marketing assets
- Supporting awards, directory submissions, credentials, and thought leadership
- Conducting client, competitor, and market research
- Identifying cross‑selling opportunities and supporting client development
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high‑performing BD & Marketing team
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ Marketing & BD experience in professional services (legal experience ideal)
