Ryder Reid Legal is partnering with a specialist litigation firm to recruit a Paralegal Supervisor for a newly created role. This position combines hands-on casework with leading and developing a growing paralegal team.
You’ll support complex, document heavy disputes while driving the smooth running of the paralegal function. The role will involve bundle preparation, disclosure support, legal research, CEFile management, client and counsel liaison, and court runs - alongside supervising recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and workflow allocation.
