Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30

Hybrid working: Mon – Thurs in office, Friday work from home (on a rota)

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Legal PA to support the Managing Partner of one of our global law firms on a 13-month FTC to cover maternity. This is a pivotal role providing high-level secretarial support to the Managing Partner and their team.

This role will involve extensive diary management, proactively managing inboxes, arranging complex travel, opening new matters, audio dictation, processing documents and dealing with highly confidential information on a daily basis.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting at Partner level
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude while remaining calm under pressure
  • A collaborative team player who leads by example and promotes a positive working culture
  • Litigation experience highly desirable but not essential
