What You’ll Do
- CRM (InterAction)
- Maintain accurate client and contact data, including daily updates and data hygiene routines.
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding within the CRM.
- Build advanced searches and manage list imports/exports.
- Develop business development reports and extract insights from CRM data.
- Provide training to lawyers, assistants, and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Email Marketing (Vuture)
- Act as the point person for the Vuture platform, managing users and system settings.
- Create, test, and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and firmwide communications.
- Track KPIs and analyse engagement using Vuture reporting tools.
- Integrate campaign and form data with InterAction for accurate event and contact tracking.
