Are you a highly organised, proactive Legal PA looking to take the next step in a fast‑paced, high‑performing finance practice? This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global law firm renowned for its collaborative culture, excellence, and commitment to developing its people.
We're partnering with a leading international law firm seeking a confident, detail‑driven Legal PA to support a small group of senior Partners within their Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy Finance practice. You’ll take full ownership of diary management, complex international travel, financial processes, document production, and client coordination. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay several steps ahead, and work with accuracy under pressure will make you indispensable to the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex, ever‑changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Handling inbox management on behalf of Partners, prioritising and responding where appropriate
- Preparing and amending documents, correspondence, presentations and reports
- Opening new matters, ensuring accuracy and full compliance
- Building strong relationships across the team and acting as a trusted partner to fee‑earners
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience as a Legal PA within a City or international law firm
- Experience supporting senior or high‑profile individuals
- Experience with E-Billing essential
- Familiarity with finance/transactional practices is beneficial
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; some Excel)
- A strong team player with a flexible and positive mindset
