In your new role as a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a central role in the delivery, coordination and administration of Professional Development programmes for trainees, associates and business services professionals. You will administer all London-based Professional Development programmes through the Learning Management System, manage trainee records, and schedule mid-seat and end-seat reviews. Additionally, you will support Business Services training programmes.
Previous experience in a Professional Development, Learning & Development or similar role, ideally within a law firm, is required.
