The firm: Our client is a top-tier international law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence in complex legal matters. With offices across major global financial centres, the firm advises leading corporations, financial institutions, and governments on high-value transactions and disputes.
The role: In your new role as a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a central role in the delivery, coordination and administration of Professional Development programmes for trainees, associates and business services professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administer all London-based Professional Development programmes through the Learning Management System.
- Assist with the rollout of new PD initiatives and programmes.
- Coordinate trainee seat rotation and qualification processes.
- Administer trainee records, schedule and manage mid-seat and end-seat reviews.
- Manage SRA Development Plans, ensuring compliance, tracking progress and completing certificate renewals.
- Support Business Services training programmes.
- Prepare PD materials for Associate Review processes.
What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a Professional Development, Learning & Development or similar role, ideally within a law firm.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and speak to groups.
