Knowledge Paralegal | Restructuring (FTC with strong long-term potential)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Paralegal to join the Restructuring team of a leading US law firm in London. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping and developing the teams knowledge function.
The role is initially offered on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with a strong view to becoming a permanent, long-term position due to continued growth and demand within the team.
The Role - you will work closely with senior lawyers to:
- Lead on know-how collation and organisation
- Support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources
- Conduct legal and market research to support the team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, including through the use of AI tools
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking a proactive, forward-thinking approach and wants to contribute to how knowledge is managed within a high-performing team.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous know-how or knowledge experience within a law firm is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent research capabilities
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate team needs
- Interest in or exposure to AI and legal technology (or willingness to learn)
- Prior restructuring experience is not essential
