We are working with a highly regarded, international law firm specialising in the sports sector to recruit a Junior Legal PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that advises some of the most high-profile clients in the industry.
You will provide essential support to the Office Manager and Legal PA, assisting across a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks. From managing documents and client onboarding to coordinating meetings, travel, and billing support, this role offers variety and the chance to get involved in ad hoc projects such as marketing initiatives and client events!
This is an exciting permanent opportunity due to business growth! City of London location, full-time Monday-Friday 09:30-17:30 position, paying a competitive salary up to £35,000!
Key Responsibilities- Document and file management, including archiving
- Supporting client onboarding and conflict checks
- Assisting with billing and expenses
- Organising meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Managing databases, post, and switchboard calls
- Overseeing meeting room bookings and catering
- Ordering supplies and supporting day-to-day operations
- 1 year minimum experience required as a Legal PA or administrative assistant
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interest in the sports sector is desirable
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours
