Our client, a boutique law firm in the City, is seeking a bright and proactive Junior Legal PA to provide dedicated support to a senior Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills and build a long-term career within the legal sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to a senior Partner
- Supporting with personal errands, on site and off site
- Acting as a point of contact for a senior Partner
- Assisting with ad hoc administration and last minute demands
- Helping ensure the smooth running of a busy lawyer's week

- A graduate or someone from a hospitality, customer service or administrative background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
