About the Role: As our receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You’ll manage front-of-house duties with efficiency and warmth, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Handling mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed
Working Hours:
- Core hours: 08:00 – 16:00
- Flexibility required to work until 18:00 on occasion
