Executive Assistant | US Law Firm | 1:1 to Corporate Partner
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 from home
Location: London
Salary: Competitive up to £63k DOE
Are you an experienced and highly organised Legal PA/Executive Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
This is an exciting role supporting a key senior stakeholder in their Corporate Restructuring team, within a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, where professionalism and high standards are valued, and where you’ll play a key role in organising the Partner’s workload and making their day/week run seamlessly. This role offers fantastic exposure across the firm and with clients!
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive and complex diary management, requiring proactiveness and working on own initiative
- Coordinating travel arrangements across multiple time zones
- Preparing documents and reports to a high standard
- Client liaison and networking, requiring strong communication skills and professionalism
- Organising meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Supporting events and projects
- Handling sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience as a Legal PA/EA in a top City law firm
- Experience supporting senior fee earners in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and client-centric approach
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal direction
- A positive and professional attitude
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft and using AI tools
