We're recruiting for an experienced Creative Design Manager to join a prestigious international law firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented design professional to combine hands‑on creative work with team leadership, delivering high‑impact visual communications that support marketing, business development and client engagement initiatives.
The Role As a working manager, you'll lead a small team of designers while actively creating sophisticated, brand‑led design solutions across both print and digital channels.
You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage creative projects from concept to delivery, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's visual identity.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of designers.
Create high‑quality marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social media assets, event materials and presentations.
Develop compelling visual concepts that bring business and communication objectives to life.
Maintain and evolve brand standards across all creative output.
Manage external creative suppliers, photographers, illustrators and production partners.
Oversee production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
About You 7–9 years' design experience, ideally within professional services, corporate or financial services environments.
Previous experience managing or mentoring creative teams.
Outstanding portfolio showcasing high‑end print and digital design work.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with Figma and digital design best practices.
Exceptional project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
