Our internationally recognised law firm client is looking for a strategic and commercially minded Business Development Manager to support its Litigation & Investigations practice across London and Brussels. This is a high-impact role for an experienced legal BD professional who enjoys partnering closely with senior lawyers, shaping business plans, and driving growth through targeted client development, pitches, content and campaigns.

In this role, you’ll work at the heart of the practice, collaborating with partners and leadership to design and deliver business development strategies aligned with firmwide goals. You’ll be supported by a broader EMEA BD, Marketing and PR team while owning meaningful responsibility within your practice areas.

  • Develop and execute business plans with senior lawyers across litigation and investigations
  • Drive new work through targeted client development initiatives and tailored proposals
  • Use market intelligence, data and research to identify opportunities and support client meetings
  • Coordinate client communications, content campaigns and events
  • Contribute to BD training and best-practice initiatives across the firm

5+ years’ experience in business development or marketing within professional services. Law firm experience strongly preferred. Strong writing, communication and project-management skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (CRM experience a plus).
