Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with overflow PA work - managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel, preparing documents
- Supporting reception and client services, including event coordination
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Assisting with billing, expenses, and time entry
- Assisting senior staff with general administration
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months of administration experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
