Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries and inboxes for partners and associates
- Coordinating international travel across multiple time zones
- Opening new clients and matters
- Supporting billing and financial administration
- Organising meetings, events, and client coordination
- Drafting documents and correspondence
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal PA in a City law firm
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong IT skills, including in Microsoft Office
