We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and rapidly growing US law firm, which is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their high-performing team in London on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting the wider team within the firm’s Crime/Litigation team, making prior experience in law essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactive diary management and scheduling
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Compiling and formatting legal documentation
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
- Preparing and processing billing guides
- Managing and updating internal databases
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law practice (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
