Legal Recruitment Coordinator

Job Title: Legal Recruitment Coordinator Location: City of London Role : Full-time permanent role Working Arrangement: Office Based Salary: up to £50,000 per annum The firm Our client is a leading US law firm offers the chance to work within a highly respected global practice, advising major corporations and financial institutions on complex litigation, high‑value transactions, and significant regulatory matters. The role In your new role as a Legal Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end lateral recruitment and graduate recruitment lifecycle alongside the Legal Recruitment Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing operational support across lateral hiring, ensuring timely interview scheduling, communication and process administration. Liaising and building relationships with legal search firms and ensuring consistency on documentation and interview arrangements. Coordinating with wider HR team to conduct pre-employment steps. Assisting with the annual graduate programme cycle, including vacation scheme and training contract processes. Supporting campus engagement logistics by coordinating university events, maintaining event calendars, preparing marketing materials and handling event registrations. Supporting the delivery of open days and recruitment webinars. What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience working within a global law firm in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively. What do you get in return?
